"My husband and I travel to Mexico usually once a year. We always book though Jade Travel and Kela is our agent of choice. We have been asked many times, "If you are just going to book Funjet, why not book it yourself"? It can be explained with two words... Customer Service! Jade travel excels at this. It is reassuring to us knowing they are there. When traveling out of the county, you hear horror stories of overbooking, price gouging, receiving the wrong room etc. There has never been a problem using Jade Travel. We know if there ever was a problem, they would take care of it quickly and professionally. We are scheduled for another trip next month. With the economy situation, the price of the trip went down on-line. I emailed hoping to get a room upgrade for the difference in price. Kela had already gotten the room upgrade AND we received a refund of $360.00. this was in place before I even asked!! That is the customer service experience you receive from Jade Travel!!!!
